One of the most important things (to me at least) when I workout is what I'm wearing. Now some of you may be thinking, shouldn't it be the actual workout? Or that amazing way you feel after you've burned off all the pasta and beer you drank the night before? NOPE. If I've learned one thing over the years of working out it's if you look good than you feel good and you'll end up working out THAT much harder.
The biggest thing for me is having leggings that hold you in and never let go. Kind of like a boyfriend if you think about it. The worst thing in the world is to have leggings that fall down on you when you're in the middle of your last set of jump squats!
